What are the minimum clearances required around the Greenstar 1000 for servicing?

The appliance requires minimum clearances of 600mm in front, 1025-1065mm overall height (depending on flue type), 900mm overall depth, 170-210mm above, 2.5mm either side, and 200mm below the appliance. The front servicing clearance can be reduced to 450mm minimum if additional criteria are met, such as the bottom of the appliance being between 1000-1500mm from the floor and 450mm clear space in front to floor level. Specific reduced clearance diagrams are shown in figures 8 and 9.
