What should I do if the condensate pipe has frozen?

Locate the blockage, which is likely at the most exposed point outside the building or at a bend. Thaw the frozen pipe by applying a hot water bottle, microwaveable heating pack, or cloth soaked in hot water to the exterior of the pipe near the blockage. You can also pour hot (but not boiling) water onto the pipe. Reset the appliance and wait 2-3 minutes for it to restart. If the boiler does not restart, contact Worcester on 0330 123 9339.
