How do I enable or disable Low Latency Mode?

When the earbuds are not in calling mode, open the charging box, take out and put on the earbuds, then long press and hold the left and right ear touch areas simultaneously for 1.5 seconds to toggle Low Latency Mode. To turn off the mode, place the earbuds in the charging box and close the lid. (Page 1)
