The battery may not be charging because it is not fully inserted into the charger, the charger is not plugged in, or the ambient temperature is too hot or too cold. Insert the battery until the LED illuminates, ensure the charger is plugged into a working outlet, and move the charger and battery to an environment between 40°F (4.5°C) and 105°F (40.5°C).
