How do I rotate the tool head on the PP360?

Push forward on the release button (3) and turn the tool head 90 degrees (1/4 turn) to the left or right, as shown in figures C and D. Note that the tool head will only turn 90 degrees in either direction — do not attempt to turn it further. (Page 2)
