How long does the initial charge take for the Black & Decker PP360?

The tool must charge for 20 hours on the initial charge. The batteries are not fully charged at the factory, so this full 20-hour charge is required before first use. For most fix-up jobs after that, a shorter charge time may be adequate. (Page 2)
