Why won't my PP360 battery charge?

The charger may not be plugged in — plug it into a working outlet and verify the outlet has power by testing it with a lamp or other appliance. Also check whether the outlet is controlled by a light switch, or whether the surrounding air temperature is too hot or too cold; the tool and charger should be moved to an environment above 40°F (4.5°C) and below 105°F (40.5°C).
