Why won't the battery charge?

The charger may not be plugged into a working outlet, or the receptacle may be connected to a light switch that turns power off. Ensure the charger is plugged into a standard 120-volt outlet that is functioning. If the surrounding air temperature is too hot or too cold, move the charger and tool to a temperature between 40°F (4.5°C) and 105°F (40.5°C).
