What should I do if the steam wand is blocked?

First, wipe the steam wand with a damp cloth and briefly set the steam dial to the STEAM position with the wand directed into the drip tray to clear remaining milk. If it remains blocked, use the pin on the cleaning tool to clear the opening. If still blocked, use the spanner in the middle of the cleaning tool to unscrew the tip, soak it in hot water, use the pin to unblock it, then reattach and secure with the cleaning tool.
