How do I adjust the water temperature for different coffee beans?

Press the POWER button to switch the machine off, then press and hold the PROGRAM button while pressing the POWER button to enter Advanced Temperature Mode. Within 5 seconds, press the 1 CUP button to increase temperature +2°F, the 2 CUP button to increase +4°F, the FILTER SIZE button to decrease -2°F, or the POWER button to decrease -4°F.
