What should I do if no coffee pours from the Group Head?
First, check that the water reservoir is filled with water and run water through the machine without a filter basket to ensure it is fully primed. If water still doesn't flow, the Group Head may be blocked and requires descaling (see pages 20-21), or the Dual Wall Filter Baskets may be blocked and can be unblocked using the cleaning pin. If the grounds are too fine or tamped too hard, empty the filter basket, rinse it under water, and refill with grinds tamped more lightly. (Page 23)
