How do I safely change attachments when they are hot?

To change a hot attachment such as the Airwrap barrels, round brushes, or Dryer+Flyaway smoother, hold the rotating cool tip at the top end of the attachment. Then pull down on the release switch located at the head of the main body and lift the attachment away. (Page 5)
