Descaling cycle is needed. Hard water mineral buildup is affecting the machine's brewing performance.
? What Causes This
Mineral accumulation from hard water in internal components reduces brewing flow, brewing temperature, and coffee taste.
✓ How to Fix It
- Empty the tank and prepare a descale solution per manufacturer's instructions.
- Pour solution into the empty water tank.
- Place the basket and carafe in position under the drip stop.
- Press SELECT button for 3 seconds to start descaling cycle.
- When finished, brew with fresh water twice to remove residual solution.
