Error Code Device does not work

The device is unresponsive and not functioning properly.

? What Causes This

Low battery, device frozen/unresponsive, MicroSD card error, or outdated/failed firmware.

Verify battery level is adequate by checking if Mode LED is red (low) or green (sufficient). If low, recharge the device fully.
Press the reset button on the back for 10 seconds using a pin with a blunt end to force restart the device.
Verify the MicroSD card is inserted properly without errors.
Check that firmware is up to date and successfully upgraded. If not, re-install the firmware upgrade using the Canon Mini Cam App.
If issue persists, contact Canon Service & Support.
