Error Code Lost Connection

Wireless connection (Bluetooth or Wi-Fi) between the camera and smartphone has been disrupted or lost.

? What Causes This

Bluetooth/Wi-Fi connection not properly established, device selection incorrect, incompatible smartphone OS, or connection out of range.

Ensure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your smartphone.
Check that the device is in Wireless mode.
Verify the correct device is selected in the Canon Mini Cam App.
Confirm your smartphone OS is compatible (iOS 11 or above or Android 5.1 or above) and up to date.
Move the smartphone and camera closer together (connection may be affected by distance and environment).
Restart both the device and smartphone and re-establish the connection.
