Entered security key/password does not match, security key/password index is not set to first number, or connection and network setup of PC or other device is incorrect.
✓ How to Fix It
Confirm security key/password is correct and index is set to first number. Verify TCP/IP setup is not set to Manual on router/access point. Restart the router/access point and reinstall product software if needed.
