Battery voltage too high — the battery voltage exceeds the maximum safe charging threshold.

? What Causes This

Damaged battery, internal short circuit, or battery cells out of balance.

Disconnect the charger immediately.
Check the battery for physical damage or swelling.
If the battery appears damaged, do not attempt to charge further and replace the battery.
If no damage is visible, allow the battery to rest and attempt charging again.
