Error Code USB Power/Fault Indicators flashing blue

USB port fault condition detected — overload, short circuit, or low battery voltage fault on one or both USB ports.

? What Causes This

Low battery voltage, overloaded USB device drawing more than 3.1A total, or short circuit in USB device.

Disconnect the USB-powered device immediately.
Press the USB Power Button to turn off USB Ports.
Verify unit does not need recharging.
Allow unit to cool down for several minutes.
Check that total USB device draw does not exceed 3.1A.
If device is within specs but fault recurs, have the USB device checked for malfunction.
