? What Causes This

HVAC partner has different address than default (14), or RF gateway device not configured with same Room ID, RF Channel, and PAN ID as e7w.

✓ How to Fix It

Verify HVAC partner address matches e7w settings or configure the RF Gateway device (PC502.4G) to use the same Room ID, RF Channel, and PAN ID. Refer to applicable commissioning documents.
