Heat sink temperature has exceeded 90°C (194°F) due to excessive ambient temperature, poor ventilation, or sustained high charging current.
✓ How to Fix It
- Ensure adequate ventilation around controller.
- Allow unit to cool by reducing load or stopping solar input.
- Relocate controller to cooler location if possible.
- Verify ambient temperature is within 0°C to +45°C operating range.
