What are the weight, height, and age requirements for forward-facing with harness?

The child must weigh 10–29.5 kg (22–65 lbs), be 71–124 cm (28–49 in.) tall, and be at least 2 years old. The tops of the child's ears must be at or below the top of the child restraint headrest. Once any of these requirements are exceeded and the child is at least 4 years old, you must switch to booster mode. (Page 5, 38)
