How do I properly use the 5-point harness on the Evenflo Pivot?

Place the child in the seat and bring the crotch panel up between the child's legs, then fasten each buckle. The shoulder straps must be at shoulder height or lower, closest to the baby's shoulders. Pull the shoulder straps to tighten the shoulder restraint and pull the waist restraint straps to tighten the waist restraint, then re-attach the bumper bar. (Page 16)
