What warranty does the Everstart Maxx BC40BE come with, and what is not covered?

The BC40BE comes with a limited two-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover accessories, bulbs, fuses, and batteries; defects due to normal wear; accidents; damage during shipping and handling; unauthorized alterations or repairs; negligence; abuse; or failure to follow care and maintenance instructions. Defective products within the warranty period can be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement, or exchanged at a participating retailer.
