How do I lock the dispenser and control panel to prevent accidental use?

Press and hold the lock button for 3 seconds to enable or disable the control lock. While in the locked state, no changes can be made to settings on the display, and dispensing ice and water will be disabled. The indicator will flash and an audible warning tone will sound when someone attempts to use the locked controls. (Page 16)
