What should I do if the water dispenser won't dispense water?

First, remove and reinstall the water filter to ensure it's seated properly and you hear it lock solidly into position. If still not working, replace the filter cartridge, making sure to remove protective caps and push firmly until you hear it lock. Also check that the household water line valve is open.
