How do I remove spots and film from glasses and flatware?

Use Jet-Dry® rinse agent to remove spots and prevent new film buildup on dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware, and plastic. To remove stubborn pre-existing film from glassware, run the longest cycle without detergent, and after 18–22 minutes (during the main wash), open the door and pour 2 cups of white vinegar into the bottom of the dishwasher, then allow the cycle to complete. If the vinegar rinse doesn't work, repeat the process using 1/4 cup of citric acid crystals instead of vinegar. (Page 14)
