How do I remove suds from the dishwasher tub if the wrong detergent was used?

Open the dishwasher and let the suds dissipate, then add 1 gallon of cold water to the tub. Close and latch the door, then pump out the water by pressing START/RESET and immediately pressing START/RESET again. Repeat this process if necessary, and always use only automatic dishwasher detergents to avoid sudsing. (Page 20)
