Why didn't the SANITIZED light come on at the end of the SaniWash cycle?

The SANITIZED light will not illuminate if the cycle was interrupted during or after the main wash portion, or if the incoming water temperature was too low to achieve adequate heating. To prevent this, do not open the door anytime during or after the main wash, and ensure your water heater is set to at least 120°F. (Page 23)
