What is the correct water temperature for the dishwasher to work effectively?

The entering water must be at least 120°F and not more than 150°F for effective cleaning and to prevent dish damage. You can check the water temperature using a candy or meat thermometer by running the hot water faucet nearest the dishwasher continuously into a glass until the temperature stops rising. If the temperature is too low, dishes may not dry or clean properly. (Page 12)
