How do I install the Tranzitions forward-facing with LATCH straps?

To install with LATCH: (1) Remove LATCH and tether hook from storage, (2) Place car seat forward-facing in vehicle back seat with flat bottom, (3) Extend LATCH strap by pressing grey button, (4) Attach LATCH to vehicle's lower anchor bars, (5) Tighten LATCH strap by pressing down on seat center, (6) Attach and tighten top tether, (7) Test that seat moves less than 1 inch (2.5 cm) side-to-side and front-to-back. Do not use this method for children over 45 lb (20 kg). (Page 32-35)
