What should I do if the harness straps need adjustment for proper height?
To adjust harness height, lift the adjustment lever and lift or lower the headrest to achieve the proper harness height. For forward-facing use, harness straps must be at or just above the child's shoulders, and the top of the child's ears must be below the top of the headrest. (Page 55)
