Why are my ingredients not blending or mixing properly?

Check that enough liquid has been added to the ingredients, as the mixture should be fluid and free-flowing at all times. Also check that solid pieces are not too large, the container is not filled past the MAX marking, and select a speed that creates a fluid blend. If the cutter assembly blades are not sharp or are damaged, this can also cause poor blending results. (Page 11-12)
