How do I clean and store the humidifier when not in use for a long period?

Before storing, clean the water tank, water reservoir, float, and transducer/ultrasonic membrane with a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water. Rinse and let all parts dry completely before storing, and clean the oil tray with a soft, damp cloth. After storing, rinse the tank with water prior to operating again, and remove the essential oil pad from the oil tray during storage. (Page 10)
