How do I fill the water tank correctly?

Before filling, turn the power off and unplug the unit. Fill with clean, cool water or distilled water up to the MAX fill line — do not use warm or hot water. Before filling for the first time, soak the included demineralization cartridge in water for 10 minutes, then add it to the tank. Always use two hands to carry the water tank. (Page 5, 6)
