How often should I replace the HEPA filters and the Odor Reducing Pre-Filter?

The HEPA Filters should be replaced every 12 months, and the Odor Reducing Pre-Filter should be replaced every 3 months. These are guidelines only — in environments with heavy odors, smoke, pet dander, or dust, filters may need to be replaced more frequently. (Page 7)
