How do I set up job storage to print privately or at a later time?

To enable job storage, you must install a dedicated USB 2.0 flash drive with at least 16 GB of free space into the rear USB port of the printer — the control panel will prompt you to format the drive. You must then update the print driver in Windows by going to Devices and Printers, right-clicking the printer, selecting Printer Properties, clicking the Device Settings tab, and selecting Update Now.
