What should I do if the printer does not pick up paper?

If the printer does not pick up paper, check that the paper stack is flat at all corners and not overfilled above the tray full indicator. Make sure the paper guides are properly adjusted and the pickup rollers are clean. You may need to clean the pickup rollers and separation pad in the document feeder. (Page 117)
