What precautions must I take when handling printheads?

Do not touch, wipe, or attempt to clean the printhead nozzles as this can damage the printhead. Never put the printhead down on the nozzles, be rough when handling it, or drop it. Always set printheads down gently. Additionally, do not touch the end of the ink cartridge inserted into the printer as there may be ink on the connection, and avoid storing partially used ink cartridges on their ends. (Page 51)
