What should I do if my HP Deskjet F4200 will not turn on?

Make sure the power cord is firmly connected to both the product and the power adapter and plugged into a working power outlet. If using a power strip, ensure it is turned on, or try plugging directly into a wall outlet. Also note that pressing the On button too quickly can cause it not to respond — press it only once and wait a few minutes for the product to power on. (Page 10)
