What does a blinking blue light on the printer control panel mean?

A blinking blue light means the printer is not connected to a network. Use the Wireless Setup Wizard available from the printer control panel to connect the printer wirelessly. Open the Dashboard, touch Wireless, touch Settings, touch Wireless Settings, then touch Wireless Setup Wizard and follow the onscreen instructions. (Page 1)
