How do I test the OCV operation manually?

Start the engine and let it idle with the OCV connector still disconnected. Connect 12V and ground to terminals 2 and 1 of the OCV on the component side. The normal value should show normal engine speed, while an abnormal condition would show rough idle or engine stall. Repeat this procedure 4-5 times to ensure OCV reliability.
