What does DTC P0014-00 mean on my 2017 Hyundai Elantra?

DTC P0014-00 refers to 'B' Camshaft Position – Timing Over-Advanced Or System Performance (Bank 1). The PCM accumulates the deviation of the camshaft position from its target point during stable driving conditions and sets this DTC when the accumulated deviation is too high. The target camshaft position is a predetermined value depending on engine speed and throttle angle. (Page 2)
