What are the enable conditions for DTC P0014-00 to be detected?

For Case 1, the engine must have been running for longer than 1.5 to 2 seconds, the camshaft setpoint movement must be greater than 12.3° CRK within 0.7 seconds, engine speed must be between 576 to 1504 RPM and 4992 RPM, engine oil temperature must be between 20°C (68°F) and 120°C (248°F), and battery voltage must be between 11V and 16V. Case 2 shares similar conditions except for the camshaft setpoint movement requirement. (Page 5)
