What are the enable conditions required for DTC P0014-00 to be detected?

For DTC P0014-00 detection, the engine must run for at least 1.5-2 seconds after start, engine RPM must be between 576-1504 RPM and 4992 RPM, engine oil temperature must be between 20°C (68°F) and 120°C (248°F), and battery voltage must be between 11V and 16V. Additionally, the camshaft setpoint must be moved at least once since engine start.
