What does DTC P0014-00 mean and what causes it?

DTC P0014-00 indicates 'B' Camshaft Position – Timing Over-Advanced Or System Performance on Bank 1. The PCM sets this code when the deviation of the camshaft position from the target point is too high during stable driving conditions. Possible causes include oil leaks, oil control valve problems, or CVVT assembly issues.
