What should I do if my IQOS Iluma Prime pocket charger is blinking red?
Reset your Pocket Charger as directed: fully discharge, place Holder in the Pocket Charger and press Button for 10 seconds, then release; confirm RESET status with off/on lights. If issues persist, contact Customer Care. (Page 7)
