Press and hold the Button for 10 seconds then release to reset the device. All Status Lights will turn OFF, and then turn ON to confirm the reset was successful. If the red light blinking persists after the reset, contact Customer Care. (Page 7)
How long does it take to fully charge the IQOS ILUMA ONE for the first time?
Before first use, fully charge your IQOS ILUMA ONE using the Power Adaptor and Charging Cable, which takes approximately 90 minutes. Only charge the device indoors using the manufacturer-approved Charging Cable and Power Adaptor supplied in the box. (Page 3)
How do I know when my IQOS ILUMA ONE experience session is nearly finished?
During the last 30 seconds or last 2 puffs of a session, the IQOS ILUMA ONE will vibrate with one light pulsing white to signal the session is nearly complete. You can also monitor the remaining time during use via the Status Lights, which indicate the experience countdown. (Page 5)
What does it mean when the Status Lights blink yellow?
A yellow blinking light indicates the battery is depleted and the device needs to be charged. Connect the device using the supplied Charging Cable and Power Adaptor to recharge it. (Page 6)
What does it mean when the Status Lights blink white twice?
Two white blinks indicate that the IQOS ILUMA ONE is outside its operating temperature range of 0°C to 40°C. The device can only be operated within this temperature range. (Page 6)

Battery Removal Instructions
(For Disposal And Recycling)
Batteries must not be removed by the consumer. At end of product life, only an authorized recycler may safely remove batteries by following the steps below. IQOS ILUMA ONE™ Device: Step 1: The device should be fully discharged before disassembling it. Step 2: Remove the cover and screws at the bottom of the device. Step 3: Slide the assembly out from housing. Step 4: Remove screws from the USB bracket and lift the FPC. Step 5: Disconnect the battery connector and lift it up. Step 6: Using a wide flat, non-sharp tool remove battery by pushing from the opening behind the engine frame to disengage the battery from the adhesive. Step 7: Dispose of according to local regulations.
