How do I adjust the oven temperature if it seems too hot or too cool?

Press and hold the Bake pad until the display begins flashing the factory temperature change of 00, then press the up or down arrow pad to adjust in 5°F increments, up to a maximum of +35°F or -35°F. Wait until the display stops flashing and the oven control beeps once to save the adjustment. Do not use Bake or Broil while making this adjustment. (Page 12)
