How do I change the temperature display from Fahrenheit to Celsius?
Press and hold the Clock Set Pad for 6-8 seconds until FFFFF or CCCCC appears in the display. Press the UP arrow pad once to choose Fahrenheit (°F) mode or the DOWN arrow pad once to choose Celsius (°C) mode. After 5 seconds the display will flash; wait 5 more seconds for the oven control to beep once to accept the change.
