How do I change the default dryness settings on Sensor Cycles?

Before starting a cycle, touch and hold DRYNESS LEVEL for 6 seconds, then touch DRYNESS LEVEL to select the desired setting (01-05 shown in the time display), and touch START to save the new setting. Settings range from 01 (factory preset) to 05 (much wetter clothes, 30% less drying time). Note that the dryer must be in standby mode (power off) to adjust default settings. (Page 11)
